Refund Policy
- No return for all purchases, food items are non-returnable
- Same day reservation must pay in advance
- All changes and cancellations on cake orders must be made three days in advance
- All refunds will be made ONLY IN-STORE CREDIT
- We do not accept cancellations in less than three days, and no refund/store credit will be issued
- Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Gift Card Policy
- The Regent Cakes & Bakery gift card may be applied to any food service or product at Regent Cakes & Bakery.
- You may add value to your gift card during any visit to Regent Cake & Bakery at 12816 SE 38th St #F, Bellevue, WA 98006
- Gift card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or damaged.
- Gift card may not be redeemed for cash.
Regent Cakes and Bakery reserves the right to make the final decision of all changes and refunds. A valid receipt/proof may be requested to authorize a refund.
